PUBLIC NOTICE
The Town of White Lake will be working with customers during the COVID-19 crisis and has suspended cut-offs for non-payment as of March 31, 2020 and is not assessing late fees. Please note, bills are not being waived but we are allowing customers additional time to pay We do encourage you to call and arrange payment plans if needed because the longer payments are delayed and services continue, the more the amount owed increases and it can become more difficult to pay the larger amount.
The Town of White Lake will also follow NC Governor Roy Cooper’s Executive Order No. 124 issued on March 31 which suspends cut-offs, late fees and interest for at least 60 days (beginning March 21, 2020), allows payment of past due amounts for up to 6 months and other utility requirements that assist citizens during COVID119.
The Town of White Lake’s Town Hall will be closed for walk-in service until further notice. The drive thru will be open to accept payments during normal hours – 8:00 a.m. thru 5:00 p.m. and at our night deposit box 24/7.

For phone payments call 1-866-226-2094. A small convenience fee will apply to each entry through PSN Payment Service Network.
