Chemours has recently announced the appointment of Seth Bailey as the new Plant Manager of their Fayetteville Works facility in North Carolina. This announcement follows the promotion of the former Plant Manager, Dawn Hughes, to the role of Vice President of Environmental, Health, and safety at Chemours.

Bailey, who is already based at the Fayetteville Works site, steps into his new role with a wealth of experience. Previously, he served as the Manufacturing Technology Manager for the plant. Bailey’s journey with Chemours began as a Chemical Engineer at their Washington Works facility in West Virginia. Over the past two decades, he has climbed the ranks through various roles in operations, manufacturing technology, quality, and environmental sectors, including multiple leadership positions. This progression reflects Chemours’ commitment to nurturing and advancing its internal talent.
