Dublin: Mayor Horace Wyatt (2 year term), Jeffrey Smith (4 year term)
East Arcadia: Town Commissioners, Lillian L. Graham, Pamela Graham (4 year term)
Elizabethtown: Town Commissioners, Herman L. Lewis, Paula Greene, Rufus Lloyd (4 year term)
Tar Heel: Mayor, Roy Dew, and Town Commissioners, Sam Allen, Michael Underwood, Angeline Hall (4 year term)
White Lake: Town Commissioner, Mike Suggs, Tim Blount, Paul Evans (4 year term)
