Thoughts While ShavingBeing a creature of habit, traveling the path of least resistance, it is a little frustrating to discover settings on my computer have been changed by someone or something. I only need an ‘off’ & ‘on’ switch, button or lever.

If you live in the Bladen County area and were still “prowling around” after 11 p.m. last night, you may have noticed a change in the weather, like wind and a little rain. Checking the National Weather Service site at the Curtis Brown Airport near Elizabethtown, the temperature at ;
7:15 p.m. was 92 degrees, no wind;
11:00 p.m. 84 degrees, calm;
11:20 p.m. 79 with wind 18 mph and gust up to 30 mph.
11:40 p.m. 72 degrees with light rain, wind 3 mph.

Total rainfall was about a tenth of an inch.

While many are quarreling, fussing, fighting or concerned about this or that, many around us are hurting. Sickness, death and those who are dealing with other difficult issues. Time to reach out and lend a hand, listen to what they have to say.

Good to see the stock market improvement. Retirement accounts look some better.
