thoughts while shavingAnd the rain came down … lots of rain, late yesterday, in our area … How much rain, depends on the location … Best I can tell, a total of about 2.5 inches at the local weather station … Maybe more than needed in a short time, but thankful…

Today’s forecast … Patchy fog before 9 a.m., then mostly cloudy with a high near 82 … Tonight, mostly clear with a low around 81.

Friday … A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m. Mostly sunny with a high near 86, 20% chance of rain. Friday night, a chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 8 p.m. Mostly cloudy with a low around 65 … 50% chance of rain.

Saturday, an 80% chance of showers and thunderstorms … High near 84 … Saturday night, showers and possibly thunderstorms before 8 p.m. Low around 64 … 80% chance of rain…

Sooo … not what organizers for the White Lake Water Festival would like, but, as in the past … they will deal with it … all will be OK, hopefully…

The White Lake Water festival continues over the next few hours and days … Volunteers know they must have patience…

Festival events begin Friday (tomorrow) … with a golf tournament, sponsored by the local Rotary Club…

Google White Lake Water festival for all the info you need…

Where would we be without volunteers … who give time, thoughts, talents and energy and more for worthy causes … year-round…

Received a message late yesterday (Wednesday) about hail, golf ball size hail, in our area…

Look on the bright side … We are a blessed area … Good people, who give their all, without compensation or recognition, to make this a better place to live, work and play … year after year after year…
