Today’s forecast is for sunny with a high near 81 … Mostly clear tonight with a low around 54. Saturday, more of the same … High near 85 … Looking ahead to Sunday (Church Day), partly sunny with a high around 81.

No mention of rain ’til Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday … but only a 30% chance … And, we need rain…

Remember mid- to late-May as a public school student? My mind was not on school … So many options today, compared with 50, 60 years ago … College, Community Colleges, huge industries, looking for ‘good help’ … To mention a few … Oh, yes, no one needed to crop tobacco, gather corn, peanuts, berries, etc. Mostly mechanized…
