The NCDOT released an update on Bladen County roads opening and closing.
SR 1003 (Twisted Hickory Road) did not open on Monday afternoon, but is scheduled to open this afternoon, May 9th, 2017.
SR 1100 (Center Road) will still close Tuesday but it will be in the afternoon instead of in the morning.
