1. Road To The Apollo Auditions: Today, noon-4 p.m., Bladen Community College Building 14, 7418 NC 41 West, Dublin. Singers, dancers, comedians and spoken word to audition for expense paid trips to New York and a chance to audition at the Apollo Theater for Amateur Night. Information: 919-323-6920.

2. Church Homecoming: Sunday, Hickory Grove Baptist Church, 6414 Center Road, Bladenboro. Church’s 188th anniversary celebration.
