Here are three things to know for Thursday, Nov. 3:

1. 3rd Annual Holly Jolly Christmas Show: Friday-Sunday, Whimsical Florist and Gifts, 314 S. Poplar Street, Elizabethtown. Friday-Saturday 9 a.m.-7 p.m., Sunday 11 a.m.-4 p.m. One day pass $7, weekend pass $10, no charge for ages 12 and under. Information: 910-872-9931.

2. Canned Food Drive: Through Nov. 21. Students at East Bladen and West Bladen High collecting canned goods. The contest is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Elizabethtown.

3. Turkey Shoot: 6 p.m., Saturday nights Nov. 5-Dec. 3. Bay Tree Lakes Volunteer Fire Department fundraiser.
