Thoughts While Shaving
So much to do following Hurricane Florence, but many stepping up to assist. I am reminded it is a marathon, not a sprint.
Headlines include, unemployment rate 3.7% nationwide, about 2% higher in our area, but still very low.  Jobs are available for those interested in working.  The last time the rate was this low was 1969.  You could purchase a gallon of gas for 35 cents, now in the $2.79 range, and it was followed by the 1970 recession, some would say the fed over-adjusted looking for a soft-landing.  Lets hope that does not happen this time.

So, what is on your schedule for today?
I read recipes the same way I read science fiction.  I get to the end and I think, “Well, that’s not going to happen.”
Money talks.  But all mine ever says is goodbye.
The problem isn’t that obesity runs in your family.  The problem is no one runs in your family.
