SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: The HVAC/Refrigeration Technician is responsible for profitably managing various accounts, administrative and field construction activities related to the assigned project. This HVAC/Refrigeration Technician is also responsible to establish and maintain successful relationships with all stakeholders on his/her projects. Also, is capable of managing small-medium sized projects independently. Essential functions to perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each previously stated duty satisfactorily.
Working Conditions
The job is located in Elizabethtown, NC, but traveling to different areas in the state is necessary.
The job involves Monday through Friday workdays, and some weekend work coordinating, and perform routine commercial and residential service calls.

Assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and Refrigeration systems
Testing HVAC and Refrigeration for efficiency
Performing skilled maintenance snd repair of commercial and residential units.
Replacing HVAC and Refrigeration units
Available for schooling and training
Taking quality and professionalism of work extremely seriously!
Organize and dedicate
Travels, weekends, and night work may be required
Experience
3+Minimum years of experience
Can perform through preventative maintenance on large commercial HVAC and Refrigeration units.
Responsible and does not need to be micromanaged
Technology savvy
Have good -excellent verbal and written communication skills, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities/tasks.
Ability to handle stressful situations and is organized.
Conscientious, self-motivated, good attitude, and a team player.
