Not my job to attempt to sell the issue, but thought I would point out the Bladenboro postal area is the largest in the county … from NC 41 in the north to the Columbus County line in the south … From Robeson County in the western part of the county to east of Abbottsburgh … a huge area…

Saw Larrell Murchison recently, a huge, talented football player, but such a down-home, friendly individual. And if I ever decide to ‘pick a fight’, I want him on my side … not that he is mean … or anything like that, but would take a fool to take him on … based on size alone. #91, defensive lineman for the Tennessee Titans.
My #1 son shared an article about a female who recently was allowed to serve as ‘bat girl’ at the age of 70 after being rejected 60 years ago. Gwen Goldman was rejected by then Yankee General Manager Roy Hamey, current GM Brian Cashman wrote, “It is not too late to reward and recognize the ambition you showed in writing that letter to us as a 10-year-old girl.” Wearing a full Yankees uniform, Goldman threw out a ceremonial first pitch to New York player Tyler Wade, then stood alongside manager Aaron Boone for the national anthem.
