According to friends and family, Brandon Carl Wayne McDonald from Clarkton, N.C., was last seen on Thursday, March 25, 2021, and has not been found. According to reports, McDonald’s phone last pinged in Laurinburg, N.C., but his truck, a 2003 Ford F-150 truck, was found wrecked and abandoned in Hope Mills, N.C.

The Bladen County Sheriff’s Office announced on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, McDonald’s family is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the disappearance of Brandon McDonald. Then in October of this year, the State of North Carolina’s Governor, Roy Cooper, announced another reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for McDonald’s disappearance.

McDonald is believed to have been in the Laurinburg and Hope Mills areas prior to his disappearance.

Brandon McDonald is 35 years old, weighs 189 pounds, and is 5’9″ tall.

Anyone with information about McDonald’s disappearance is asked to call the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office at 910-862-6960 or the State Bureau of Investigation at 919-662-4500. Tips may stay anonymous.
