Steaks, ribs and seafood are only a few of the mouth-watering foods offered at Christopher’s Steakhouse & Seafood restaurant in Elizabethtown. The new restaurant opened on January 3rd this year and has been busy serving great food to happy customers every day since.
Open every day of the week at 11 am, customers can enjoy lunch or supper. Community members in our area have been bragging about the food at the new restaurant. Anytime of the day you decide to go to the new eating place, the food is always delicious and satisfying.
Staff member Alma Alvarado says, “Our ribs are one of our top sellers because they are fall-off-the-bone ribs. All our sides are homemade. They are not out of a can or box. We make everything from scratch.”
The owner, Kafat Chuton, originally from Peru started in the industry with his family, owners of Tokyo restaurants, including the one in Elizabethtown. After working with Christopher Bouchard, at a steak house in Clinton, Chuton made a plan to open the new restaurant with Bouchard as the General Manager. “We worked so well together. We knew we wanted to do some kind of business together”, explained Bourchard. The business named after Chuton’s son, not Bourchard, is booming.
Bourchard says, “We have really been blessed. We have been really busy the first few weeks.” Lunch specials are offered Monday through Friday. Everyone is invited to try the new restaurant at 703 East Broad Street in Elizabethtown, Monday through Sunday.
