Bladen County, NC – The Bladen Soil & Water Conservation District proudly announced its district winner for this year’s prestigious honor. Jackson Bridgers, a promising junior from East Bladen High School, has been selected as the Bladen Soil and Water Conservation District representative to attend the esteemed annual Resource Conservation Workshop.
