The Experimental Aircraft Association 1118 located in Bladenboro held a Fly-In Pancake Breakfast fundraiser at the Bladenboro airport during the Bladenboro Christmas Parade on Saturday.
The chapter’s Secretary/Treasurer Lisa Hester said the group holds this fundraiser each year.
Hester said one of the highlights of the day is the group will be taking young folks who wish for a free flight.
“It’s a program to develop an interest in aviation,” said Hester.
Parade goers may have noticed members of EAA flying overhead during the Bladenboro Christmas Parade.
