Jackson, SuzanneSuzanne Jackson has been named director of care management for Southeastern Health (SeHealth). She is responsible for management of discharge planning and care coordination throughout the health system.

Jackson received an associate’s degree in nursing from Robeson Community College in 1999 and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2009. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in nursing and health care administration from Liberty University.

She has served as SeHealth interim care management director since November 2015. Prior to that, she was the manager for the care management department.  Suzanne was an operating room nurse at SRMC from 1999-2006; and an operating room nurse at Duke University from 2006-2009. She also served as director of nursing for Golden Living Nursing Center for five years before returning to SeHealth.

Jackson lives in St. Paul’s with her husband, Derek, and son, Tanner.
