Five East Bladen soccer players – 3 female and 2 male – have been named to the North Carolina Soccer Coaches Association Region 4 All-Region Soccer Team.
Junior Brooks McGill and sophomore goalie Spencer Scott were named to the Region 4 All-Region Boys Team. Scott recorded 183 saves in goal for the Eagles and posted 3 shutouts as the East Bladen boys reached the second round of the Class 2A play-offs.
McGill fired in a team-high 27 goals, dished out 18 assists and was credited with 120 steals as East Bladen finished the season with a 15-6-1 record. McGill and junior Caleb Hatchell have been selected to represent the Southeast Region in the Powerade State Games in Greensboro on June 24-25.

Devane fired in 21 goals and was credited with 24 assists and 134 steals. Hardin keyed the East Bladen attack with a whopping 42 assists.
