The North Carolina Emergency Management (NCEM) and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will close  all Disaster Recovery Centers in North Carolina on Thursday, Oct 11, 2018, due to the potential for severe weather associated with Hurricane Michael.

The NCEM and FEMA anticipate reopening the centers at 9 a.m. Friday, weather permitting.
