West Point Pepperell announced that they would be locating a 63,000 square foot plant on highway 87 west of Elizabethtown. The plant will cost over $2 million and will employ around 175 folks.
The Duke University Concert Band will present a concert in the Elizabethtown High School
Auditorium. The concert is sponsored by the Elizabethtown High School Band.
The Tar Heel High School Drama Club will present a play, “A Rocket In His Pocket.” The play will be presented in the Tar Heel High School auditorium.
