As of March 16, 2020, all Bladen County Parks and Recreation programs and activities have been suspended until at least April 6, 2020 in response to the COVID-19. The Grand Slam Batting Cages in Bladenboro will be closed until at least April 6, 2020.
No reservations will be taken for the gymnasium or the picnic shelters. There will be absolutely no TEAM PRACTICES at the Bladen County Park during this time.
At this time, the Bladen County Park will remain open for leisure activities. In a memo released by Grant Pait, Parks and Recreation Director, he stated, “We will reassess the situation on April 6, 2020 and keep everyone informed of new information as it becomes available.”
