The North Carolina Department of Transportation has issued an update regarding the latest road closings/openings in Bladen County.

CLOSED:
NC211 – Road closed with detour to replace crossline. Starting February 21, 2022 8:00 am – February 25, 2022 5:00 pm.
Detour will be SR1131 (Webb Faulk Road) to 211 Bypass to SR1100 (Center Road) to NC211 Business.
US Highway 701N
The both lanes of the North Bound US Highway 701 over the Cape Fear River is closed. Traffic will be rerouted to the Southbound lanes. The closure has a WIDE LOAD TRAFFIC RESTRICTION.
ELWELL FERRY
Elwell Ferry is closed.
