This crucial announcement comes as students and educators gear up for another year of learning, with the incorporation of technology playing an increasingly vital role in the educational process.

Device Deployment Schedule

Bladen County high school students, both incoming freshmen and upperclassmen, are requested to mark their calendars for the scheduled device pickup as follows:

Bladen Early College High School (BECHS):

– Freshman: August 10 – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

East Bladen High School (EBHS) and West Bladen High School (WBHS):

The distribution of devices is critical in ensuring that students have the necessary tools to engage in modern education, which often involves digital resources, research, and collaborative online platforms. These devices empower students to access a wealth of information and develop essential digital skills, setting them up for success in both higher education and future careers.

According to Johnson with BCS, students and their families must adhere to the designated time slots to facilitate the process and prevent unnecessary delays.

The school district also emphasizes the importance of responsible device usage. Students are expected to use these devices for educational purposes, fostering a productive and safe digital environment. Additionally, the district encourages students to familiarize themselves with the school’s policies regarding the appropriate use of technology and online conduct.

As we approach the start of the school year, this device deployment schedule offers a glimpse into the forward-thinking approach of Bladen County Schools. The district is empowering the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and innovators by equipping students with the tools they need.

Parents and students with questions regarding the device deployment process or related matters are encouraged to contact the Bladen County Schools administration for further assistance. The school district’s dedication to its students’ academic growth and technological advancement remains unwavering, and this device deployment initiative is a testament to that commitment.
