Elizabethtown, NC— Bladen County Schools is excited to announce the upcoming District-Wide Beta Showcase, an evening of celebration and support for our talented students as they prepare to participate in the National Beta Conventions. The event is Thursday, May 16, 2024, at the Elizabethtown Middle School gymnasium.

Live Performances Begin: 5:30 PM
Admission: By donation
Doors open at 5:00 PM to view award-winning entries from each club that excelled at the state convention. The live performances featuring students from Bladen Early College High School, Bladen Lakes Primary School, Bladenboro Middle School, Bladenboro Primary School, Clarkton School of Discovery, East Bladen High School, Elizabethtown Middle School, Tar Heel School, and West Bladen High School, will begin at 5:30 PM.
Superintendent of Bladen County Schools, Dr. Jason Atkinson, expressed his enthusiasm for the event, stating, “We are incredibly proud of our students and their success at the State Beta Conventions. The Beta Showcase not only highlights the incredible capabilities of our students but also unites our community in support of their continued success. We are proud to host an event that celebrates their achievements and helps in their journey to the National Beta Conventions.”
Concessions will be available throughout the evening, with all proceeds helping support our students in their journeys to the National Beta Conventions. The generous donations collected upon entry will directly contribute to this cause.
Bladen County Schools invites all community members, families, and friends to join us for a night of impressive displays and performances— celebrating the hard work and success of our students.
