BladenSmartStartBladen Smart Start A Partnership for Children, Inc. is accepting applications for Smart Start activities to run from December 6, 2016 to December 30, 2016. Agencies or individuals submitting bids for the one year of service must also submit a budget for the fiscal year.

Bladen Stuart Staff administers Smart Start funds (or Bladen County. Smart Start is a comprehensive early childhood initiative supported by public and private funds to help all children, birth 10 age 5, enter school healthy and ready to succeed.

Bladen Smart Start is accepting applications for the following Smart Start activity pending approval by the North Carolina Partnership for Children:

•        Quality Enhancement Consultation and Coaching

Agencies or individuals wishing to apply must posse: a) history of human service provision; b) capacity to provide requested services; c) knowledge or Smart Start mission & goals and d) ability to submit three references if requested.

Application packets and information on the bidding process can be requested by contacting the Bladen Smart Start office. Questions in regards to the proposals will be received until 6:00 pm on December 30, 2016.

Completed proposals must be received by BCPFC on or before 6:00 pm on December 30, 2016, to be considered. Mail or hand-deliver proposals to the attention of Lynn R. Vick, Executive Director. Both paper and electronic copies of the application are required.
