The Bladenboro Board of Commissioners have called a special meeting Monday to approve a pair of budget amendments and to discuss its water and wastewater operations, according to a notice from the town Friday morning.
The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. at Town Hall on Ivey Street. The meeting is open to the public.
The board also is expected to go into closed session to discuss personnel.
The town is considering a proposal from Envirolink to operate its water and wastewater management system. The company presented a proposal of $118,440 per year to manage the town’s water and wastewater system based on 1,200 connections and for other management services.
