The March Board of Education meeting will be conducted virtually and held on Monday, March 8, beginning at 6 PM.
Although the Bladen County Schools’ website states, “This is an official meeting and action items and personnel matters will be on the agenda, as per NCGS 143.318.11 (a) (1) and to consult with an attorney, if needed, as per the NCGS 143.318.11 (a) (3),” there is no agenda posted in the public BoardDocs for this evening’s meeting as of 3 p.m. on Monday, March 8, 2021.
A hyperlink will be activated prior to the meeting to allow the public to listen to the meeting virtually. The meeting link will be published and accessible on the Bladen County Schools’ website at www.bladen.k12.nc.us, and on the Bladen County Schools’ Facebook and Twitter social media pages at https://www.facebook.com/BladenCountySchools/ and https://twitter.com/BladenCountySch
Any person wishing to share comments or concerns with the board during the citizen participation section of the agenda should have emailed their comment or concern to comments@bladen.k12.nc.us no later than noon on Friday, March 5, 2021. During the citizen participation section of the agenda, the comments will be read aloud to the board.
