When it comes to breast cancer, early detection saves lives. October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, is devoted to educating everyone about breast cancer, the importance of early detection and access to timely, high-quality care.
No matter who you are or where you live, breast cancer may touch your life. Know the warning signs of breast cancer, your risk and what’s normal for you so you can take action if there are any changes in your breasts or underarm areas. Catch us each Monday for a new fact or tip!

October Events to Benefit Breast Cancer
In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October, the Foundation and our friends in the community are coming together to support and enhance care for our patients. We invite you to join our efforts by coming out for one (or all!) of our October events listed.
Thank you to our amazing partners who make a difference. Support is used for mammograms, breast self-exam information cards, informational bags for breast cancer patients and more. If you are unable to attend a community event, but would like to make a donation to support Friends of the Cancer Center, please click here.
