47 year old Michael Campbell of Hallsboro Road North, in Clarkton died Sunday night when a car pulled into the path his motorcycle.
Campbell was traveling on Hallsboro Road when the car being operated by Francis Baldwin of Whiteville, NC entered the roadway.
Baldwin was charged with driving while impaired and felony death by vehicle.
Campbell’s motorcycle speedometer was reportedly hung at 90 mph.
The investigation is ongoing.
