Gov. Cooper also addressed the protests in memory of George Floyd.
Gov. Copper quoted Mr. Floyd’s brother, “Stop the Violence, in the destruction. Let’s make progress in another way.”
He explained the importance of protests, then addressed injustices in black health care.
