Bladen County Schools announced today on social media Deborah Guyton is the Interim Director of Human Resources.
According to the BCS post, Mrs. Guyton has dedicated her career to serving the students of Bladen County Schools. Having spent her entire career in Bladen County, Guyton retired in 2021 after 37 years. Throughout her career, Mrs. Guyton has been a teacher assistant, teacher, assistant principal, and principal. Most recently, she returned to BCS to serve as Interim Principal at East Bladen High School and is happy to have once more been asked to serve the school district as Interim Director of Human Resources.
“I’m excited to step into this role and help as long as I’m needed. Bladen County Schools has always felt like home, and I’m excited to be back,” says Deborah Guyton.
