The drivers license office in Elizabethtown reopened Thursday morning, according to the N.C. Department of Transportation. The office, which is located at 197 N. Pine St., had been closed because of Hurricane Isaias.
Appointments are required and can be made at skiptheline.ncdot.gov. Customers are required to wear face covering while inside the office.
