After 21 rounds of fierce competition, Dublin Primary School prevailed as the winner of the Bladen County Schools Elementary School Battle of the Books. Each elementary school was prepared and ready to battle. The books had been read, the rules had been followed and enforced and each school had done a great job preparing.
Dublin Primary School will advance to the regional competition to be held in Hoke County on Friday, April 29. We look forward to these students representing our county well!
Team members for Dublin Primary School are: Yahaira Santana Dominguez, Samuel Cain, Tianna Gore, Jordan Hester, Eliana Padilla, Levi German, Trinity Hearn, Britt Sasser, Sarah Dillard, Amelia Smith, Erin Murdock and Julianne Hursey. Coach for the DPS EBOB team is Whitney Kinlaw. Principal of Dublin Primary School is Haley Cheshire.
