A feed truck crashed on NC 41 Northeast in Duplin County near Hanchey Road clipping a power line pole that holds a three phase breaker. The crash led to an outage for 500 people.
“My understanding is the driver is okay,” said Spokeswoman Gay Johnson.
She said that power crews are working to restore power and the power should be restored in about an hour.
