The homes along Lisbon, Porter and McKoy Roads were affected by flood waters on Sunday morning.
By Sunday night Bladen County had received almost 30 inches of rainfall according to the National Weather Service. Another 3 to 5 inches was forecast to fall overnight Sunday into Monday morning.
