It’s harvest time for some Bladen County farmers. The frost and heat has had an impact on some of our county’s farmers this year.

It may still be too early to tell how successful the corn, soy bean and peanut crops are this season. We did find some farmers out in their fields on Wednesday, August 30th, harvesting their corn crop.
