Mr. Roland T. McKoy has made an impact in the Bladen County education system over the years. Currently, McKoy has been providing his talents to Bladen County as the Headmaster at the Paul R. Brown Leadership Academy and the Bladen County Training School – Bladen Central High School Alumni Association took notice.
The association presented the Headmaster of Paul R. Brown Leadership Academy, Roland T. McKoy,with a certificate of appreciation on April 23rd for being the Keynote Speaker at the Minority Business Banquet.
