Area offices and agencies have announced their Labor Day holiday schedules.

All banks are closed on Monday, September 4, in observance of the Labor Day holiday and will re-open for business on Tuesday, September 5.

There will be no mail delivery on Monday, September 4. The Postal Service will resume its normal operating schedule on Tuesday, September 5.

North Carolina state offices, courts and county and municipal government offices will be closed for the Labor Day holiday Monday, September 4.  They will re-open for business on Tuesday, September 5.

Bladen County Schools will be closed for the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 4. Classes will resume on Tuesday, September 5.

Bladen County Solid Waste announced all convenience sites will be operating on their normal schedule from, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, September 4. However, the Transfer Station will be closed in observance of the holiday. Normal operations shall resume on Tuesday, September 5th.
