Happy February, Bladen County. Love is in the air, and we’ve already got a month of 2024 behind us. There have been a few warm days and people seem happy about that. Will we have an early spring? Maybe. I feel the love every month from the Bladen County Health and Human Services staff because they are the ones who inspect all of our local restaurants, cafeterias, delis, grocery stores, meat markets and concession stands, and then send out their report to the public so we will be aware and informed regarding the public food supply. Before you decide where to take your Valentine for dinner, check out the list of eateries which were inspected during January. Whatever you decide to eat, enjoy!
