Happy June to all who may be reading this; the sky is blue, the roses are red, and the Bladen County Health Department has published the results of the sanitation inspections which were performed in May. These inspections are very important for the safety of the public concerning the local food supply. We should all be thankful for their attention to detail and their regular reports to keep us all informed. As you know, sanitation inspections are performed for all or our food establishments, school cafeterias, nutrition sites, grocery stores, and assorted eateries.
