The North Carolina Department of Transportation announced the closure of the Elwell Ferry has been extended. Following is the update released today.
CLOSURE:
(SR1730) Elwell Ferry Road
Elwell Ferry Road (SR1730) will be closed as of 02/13/2024 (7:00am) through 02/20/24 (5:00pm) due to high water.
