Some progress has been made in restoring power to Bladen County.

On Saturday evening, Duke Energy reported they had restored power to 637,000 customers out of an estimated 1.1 million. In Bladen County, more than 1,500 customers remained without power.

The company estimated 427,000 customers remain without power and stated that crews are working on damage assessments as the storm moves out of North Carolina and conditions are safe to work. The company did not yet have an estimated restoration time.

Four County Electric was also making progress restoring power. On Saturday, Four County Electric reported 28,000 customers were without power in North Carolina. According to Four County, crews have been out assessing the damage and the company did not yet have an estimated restoration time as of 10:45 am on Saturday.
