Joyce Owen Remembering those lost in Bladen County to an overdose
Today is National Overdose Awareness Day. We want to take a moment to remember those community members from Bladen County who lost their lives to overdoses with a video about Brandon Owen.
Brandon’s mom, Mrs. Joyce Owen shared the story about losing her son to an overdose. Mrs. Owen gave testimony to the agony of losing a loved one to an overdose during an Opioid Task Force meeting in 2018.
We will not forget those we have lost here in Bladen County from drug overdoses.
