In today’s episode of Tasty Tuesday at Home Edition, the Krista Johnson explains the video shows how to create a spaghetti inspired dish using baked spaghetti squash in place of traditional pasta noodles.
Spaghetti Squash is a versatile vegetable that is low in calories but a good source of fiber, potassium, manganese, b-vitamins and vitamin c, according to the extension service.
