Difficult to think that we are approaching the end of April…1/3 of the year 2015 is nearly over…No time to fret, good days ahead…

Kenneth Brown, a Bladen County native, has written a book, ‘Me, Myself & Multiple Sclerosis.’ Brown will be at the Bladen County Senior Center today (Monday) from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. for a book signing. The book will be available for $10.61, that includes tax.
Tomorrow (Tuesday), a Workforce Opportunities Career Fair will be held at Bladen Community College from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Approximately 50 businesses and industries are scheduled to participate…STEM Science Technology Engineering and Math students will attend and participate….My personal thought:…Bladen Community College is one of Bladens’ Crown Jewels…BCC provides a better way of life for those who want to learn and improve their skills….
And, on Wednesday the annual Jail-A-Thon sponsored by the Bladen County Education Foundation. It’s a good project that supports our local schools…
BladenOnline is doing well, thank you….Not where we want to be, but moving forward…but our efforts to provide news, sports and more is wide-open….When I read the news of the past weekend, I am amazed…A small group of mostly part-timers were all on the move,…and it shows…Still did not cover it all…but more than any other organization…by far..and it’s all free…And The Best Is Yet To Come…
