And the snow came down … appears to be countywide … If my calculations are correct, less than an inch … based on info from the local weather station at the Curt Brown Airport, Elizabethtown. It began as rain, no doubt now frozen, about a half inch of snow…

Should be over. Saturday’s forecast is for cloudy skies, becoming sunny, with a high near 38 and windy, with gusts as high as 17 mph. Tonight, mostly clear, with a low around 18. Sunny, Sunday, with a high near 48. 25 degrees Sunday night. Monday, sunny, with a high near 52.

No doubt roadways are hazardous … drive with care, best to stay-put for a few hours…

A reminder, all Bladen County’s convenience sites are closed today, will re-open Monday … So hold the trash…

If you have been dreaming of snow … enjoy. Not much, but more than we have had in some time.
