US House of Representatives voted 314-117 to approve the proposed federal budget for the coming couple of years … The proposal worked out by House Leader Kevin McCarthy and President Biden … The budget includes lifting the government’s $31.4 trillion debt ceiling … Still needs Senate approval and needs to be approved soon so US can pay its bills … obligations.
Can’t imagine the total interest on such a big figure…
Local governments across the state and nation are strugglin’ with the same type issues … more needs than funds, in many instances, and the locals are required by law to balance their budget, annually…
