1. It’s Election Day! Bladen County’s 17 polling sites will be open until 7:30 p.m. If you’re in line at 7:30, you will be allowed to cast your vote. For a list of polling sites, click here. Bladen Online will provide election results tonight.
2. The White Lake Fire Department is selling tickets for its annual Thanksgiving meal fundraiser.
Purchase a fried turkey, baked turkey or Boston butt for $30 and pick up the food the day before Thanksgiving at the fire department. Tickets may be purchased from any White Lake firefighter.
3. Fruit Sale fundraiser: Bladen County Firefighters Association. Fruit will be shipped directly to you. Order at by clicking here. If your church, business or organization would like to purchase fruit, then contact your local fire department.
