Public Hearing: A request for a Special Use Permit for a Mobile Home Park at 111 & 201 Midway Dr. will be considered, inviting public input and discussion on this matter.2. Consent Agenda: Approval of the agenda, along with staff reports and board minutes from previous meetings, will be reviewed. Additionally, Budget Amendment #9 will be considered.3. Old Business: Discussion on the Organizational Chart and Salary Schedule will continue, addressing important administrative matters.4. New Business: Key items include advertising for delinquent 2023 taxes, along with a reiteration of the Special Use Permit request for the Mobile Home Park. The resignation of Chief William Howell will also be acknowledged, followed by the appointment of an interim Police Chief and discussions on Police Salaries and Mass Notification Quotes. Furthermore, the consideration of surplus property will be deliberated.5.
