Mercer Mill Brown Marsh Road near Clarkton
Elwell Ferry Road near Kelly
US 701 North of Clarkton
Peanut Road at Blue Heron
Ennis Bridge Road at Ivanhoe
NC 210 East at 8541
NC 242 near Dowd Dairy Road is closed and NC 242 near Ruskin Road is closed.
Water was across the roadway at the following locations:
1110 NC 41 East
8541 NC 210 East
9500 NC 210 East
NC 41 East at Colly Creek
NC 242 has water running across at Down Dairy Road and Lula Long Road.
John Owen Road is impassible.
River Road near International Drive has water across the roadway.
NC 242 near Happy Valley is impassible.
Many secondary roads are also impacted by flooding, according to the NC DOT Travel Information System.
Residents are asked not to travel unless it is an emergency.
